How's everyone doing?

OK, we are nine days into April and no one has posted any progess except 10-8, nor any set backs, except SS.
How is everyone doing?
Are you hanging in there?
Are you struggling?
Have you reached your goal and don't need to blog anymore?
Are you sick of blogging about weight?
Are you sick of exercise and dieting and sick of talking about it?

Something must be happening.....or not.

I was going to give up blogging, but dug up some old published fiction of mine just to kind of go through the motions again to see if I could feel better.
While it is true that a writer who plagiarizes himself is a writer in trouble, it was nice to feel 29 and almost producing again.
Paperback writer? I could change this, I could change that.
What the hell, at least I satisfied my blog word count for the day.
    Cheers

(Interesting diet Ivan is on -- not counting calories or fat, but words? not sure quite how that works -- writers - they're an odd lot)

I am doing pretty good. My scale is not showing any difference after my first week of Phase II, but I know I'm being good about my food; I feel great (that might might be related to something else though); I continue to hit the gym or get out for a walk 4 to 5 times a week; I have become addicted big, wonderful, interesting salads -- have to have one every day; I am starting to feel it in my clothes (bought a pair of jeans a size smaller then what I had been wearing); and this weekend someone who hadn't seen me in a while said "Are you getting skinny?" -- and my reply was "yes, I am, thank you."

So all in all -- it's working!

I have become rotund, like this desk globe next to me. I walk ten miles a day and I am still rotund.
I guess dark ale is a bad food choice.

SHHH - don't say that out loud! Dark ale is a food group all it's own, and I am SURE that it provides many essential elements that my body requires.

I think you're right. While in the service, I heard it said there's at least a sandwich in every pint of dark ale.
...Think I've identified the culprit. Damn mayo on top of salmon. Salmon, of course, is wunderfood, but it's that mayonnaise.
Already, I feel sylf-like and svelt. Ha.

    Hey what happened to Ginger?

    Ever been to Milwaukee?
This is Yashiu over here and I stole the keeshkah. And had dark ale with it. No way to lose weight.
But I think I've lost Ginger.
    Where is she indeed?
