Back to the grind.
Went mountain biking over at Fort Custer last Friday. Quite the workout. Worked out Saturday loading papers at the Scout paper drive. Monday removing bushes around the house. It was Sunday where we kind of lost control for a while. Brunch with all the fixin's and enough Champagne to drown a horse. But trying to stay on the grind. Salads for lunch. Down 3 more pounds in the last week. New scale keeps telling me that I have too high of a percentage of body fat. Need to get to the gym more.

I'm blaming the brunch, too. That plus dinner out Saturday night, the family here for dinner Sunday night and a dessert at every event. Just a little switchback. I'll blog when I'm back on "the" track.
