A Holding Pattern
Yea... that's what I'll call it. Just for this week, right? I have gotten back on track with my workouts- moved indoors for 2 weight sessions this week and 3 outdoor runs (I hate the treadmill!). Youch- guess I took too many weeks off from weights. Still, the scales are kind of stuck (or truth-be-told moving a little in the wrong direction). There are a number of very pitiful excuses for this trend but I'm calling it a holding pattern. The problem is that I will be on the road from Monday to Friday next week so I'm a little worried--might be an extended holding pattern. Just one of the many legs of the on-going journey out of Tubbyville.
