June Swoon

It is the 9th of June and I have been in kind of a holding pattern for a couple of weeks. Not loosing any :-( but not gaining any either :-) Life has been pretty hectic and taken me out of my routine, with weddings and graduation parties and other things that go on that involve large quantitities of good food and good beer. I think one of the worst parts is that some of these have been out of town, which means eat-sit in the car for hours, repeat.

But I'm not discouraged. I have only been making the gym about 2 times per week, but still making progress. Last Tuesday I had a personal best on box squat of 340#. Worked out this morning, lots of energy felt good.

Shortstory, have you joined the gym yet? Ginger, how is it going? 10-8-ious, too busy being in love to write? I know, as I said above, this is a busy time of year.

Coming up, a push before July 4th to see if I can drop 15 more pounds.
